The house is newly renovated. It has air condition which may not be needed because of the cool mountain and sea breeze. There are also fans in each bedroom and the living room.

Two of the four bedrooms has closets. The smaller bedroom has an open clothes rack with hangers. It can also be used as an office, storage or play area. The master bedroom and living room are equipped with air-conditioning units that can also cool the entire apartment.

The bathroom consists of basic amenities and hot water system. It’s cozy and can be shared with more than one individual at any given time due to the privacy of each area.

The living room and kitchen area is of an open concept which offers the ability to interact while cooking. The living room is furnished with modern furniture which is simple and elegant. The kitchen is fully equipped, has hot and cold water and consists of beautiful wooden stylish cupboards and a small island.

The veranda is located at the front entrance to the apartment.  It boasts of amazing sea views and has great outdoor space for family barbeque or self relaxation at any time of the day. The outdoor space also includes a laundry area.

Utilities – gas and water are included in the rent; however, you pay for electricity which is on the Pay As You Go (PAUG) service. Electricity can be purchased at any convenience store or online.

The neighbours are very helpful and friendly.

The house is located on 5th. Avenue in the quiet development of Madrelle, Loubiere.  Loubiere is a peaceful community which is about 10 minutes away to the city and is in walking distance to public transportation, Greens Supermarket, Alldive water sports and hiking.

The village is well equipped with shops, bars, restaurants and usually have weekend entertainment in the popular venue called the Loubiere Strip at the entrance of the village.  There are also two fresh water springs in the village – a perfect opportunity to drink water straight from nature’s source.
